INDIA BLOCKS

India blocks cellular light weight concrete (C.L.C) has magical properties like ultra light weight, waterproof, thermal insulation, Sound insulation, fire resistance etc.,
They are more than 8 times bigger in size than conventional bricks. The surface of blocks are even and smoth.
India blocks cellular light weight concrete (C.L.C) blocks are rapidly replacing clay bricks with strength to density ratios approximately double existing products in the market.
India blocks C.L.C is auto compacting and can be casted in any size/ shape and pattern.
It can be widely used in construction easily and Economically.

1.       Why CLC Bricks  & Advantages “ India Blocks”

1)     CLC is a light weight brick  where water absorption is less compare to redbrick and fly-ash brick.

2)     Savings in cement, sand  and water.

3)      Construction with CLC blocks is Easier and Faster.

4)     High thermal insulation

5)     Compressive strength is more than other bricks

6)    environmental friendly

7)     Quantity of cement is less when making a wall why because accurate edges and even surface

8)     CLC bricks life span is more than other bricks

9)     Assuring Quality Construction

10)  Light Weight & Fire Resistance.

11)  Accurate size and shapes helps in reducing plastring costs.

12)  Cost of construction is chep.

13)  Plastering thickness will be less.

14)  Light Weight bricks easy to handle.

15)  Better finishing of walls.

16)  Easy of working: can be cut, sawn, nailed, drilled, ordinary morter / plaster.

COMPARISION CHART:
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION.
                        CLC                                                                             REDBRICKS
Longer in Size : Lessor in joints – Less morter required.                   Smaller in size –more joints – more morter required for banding.
Both faces are fair caces – outer plastering sufficient.                     Only one face is a fairface – requires plastering on both the sides –more wastage of cement.

Less number of joints- more masonary output –brings
Down labour cost.                                                                               More number of joints- Timeconsuming –increase in labour cost.

Reduces the load on foundation due to its self weight.
To 600 to kg/cum                                                                                Increase the foundation cost due to itself weight of 1900 to 2000kg/cum.
Lower in thermal conductivity and higher in every efficiency.         No such feature.

Available allover the year.                                                                 Seasonal.
